The FIAT/IFTA Media Studies Commission is hosting an international seminar ‘Rethinking Broadcast Archives: Dig, Deconstruct, Display’ at BFI Southbank, London on December 8th 2023. This will bring researchers and media professionals together to consider archival opportunities and new ways of engaging with the past. PhD researcher Katie Crosson will be presenting on her research on Play for Today while John Hill and John Ellis will be participating in a panel on ‘Rethinking Broadcast Archives’.
